Handling <b>incoming leads<\/b>: contacting, assessing needs, providing advice<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Regular, proactive contact with <b>our existing clients<\/b>: regular mapping of their needs, helping them with suggestions<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Finding <b>new clients and\/or projects<\/b>: finding real decision makers, introducing yourself, building relationships, generating leads<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; <b>Pricing of<\/b> agreed and clarified needs <b>, calculation and preparation of offers<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Sales experience in a technical field in a small business environment (e.g. custom furniture, printing, advertising, other custom manufacturing)<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Experience in B2B customer management<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Independent, results-oriented work<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Precision, reliability<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM)<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">&#8211; Category B driving licence<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A university degree in engineering\/economics would also be an advantage<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
