the day-to-day and strategic operations of a business &#8211; from administration and legal affairs to HR, marketing PR, IT and internal process development.<\/div>\n<hr>\n<div><b>The essence of the role<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Review and clean up of the company&#8217;s administrative and operational systems<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Structuring, documenting and improving operational processes<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Bringing together the supporting areas (HR, legal, marketing, IT)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Reliable professional and operational support for the CEO<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Active participation in the development of the company&#8217;s operations<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<div><b>You will have tasks such as:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Organisation and ongoing maintenance of all company administration<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Mapping, describing and improving operational and administrative processes<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Cooperation with law firms, legal case management<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Follow-up on contracts and legal issues<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Drafting and advertising job vacancies<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Full management of recruitment processes<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Organising interviews, meetings, appointments<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Handling marketing and PR matters, liaising with external partners<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Coordinating IT and IT-related matters<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\"><b>Active involvement<\/b> in internal process improvement projects<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Preparation of reports and decision-preparation material (especially in Excel)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\"><b>A conscious, proactive use of<\/b> AI tools, in particular ChatGPT<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<div><b>Qualifications required<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_p2\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_p3\">University degree, preferably in one of the following fields:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Business Management \/ Business and Management<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Degree in economics (economics, finance, management)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">HR management \/ organisational development<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Law degree or higher education in law (with experience in a business environment)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_p1\" role=\"presentation\">Marketing\/communications degree, with business and operational affinity<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_p2\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_p3\">The type of degree is not in itself decisive.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_p4\">It is more important that the candidate <b>understands the context in which a business operates<\/b>, is able to <b>see across and integrate multiple areas<\/b>, and <b>has a mature, responsible mindset<\/b>.<\/div>\n<hr>\n<div><b>We&#8217;re looking for you
