We’re looking for an experienced, mature individual who doesn’t want to be an anonymous cog in a corporate system, but thrives in a more human, liveable, professionally meaningful small business environment where they can make a meaningful impact on the company.
This position works directly alongside the CEO and provides a comprehensive overview of the day-to-day and strategic operations of a business – from administration and legal affairs to HR, marketing PR, IT and internal process development.
The essence of the role
- Review and clean up of the company’s administrative and operational systems
- Structuring, documenting and improving operational processes
- Bringing together the supporting areas (HR, legal, marketing, IT)
- Reliable professional and operational support for the CEO
- Active participation in the development of the company’s operations
You will have tasks such as:
- Organisation and ongoing maintenance of all company administration
- Mapping, describing and improving operational and administrative processes
- Cooperation with law firms, legal case management
- Follow-up on contracts and legal issues
- Drafting and advertising job vacancies
- Full management of recruitment processes
- Organising interviews, meetings, appointments
- Handling marketing and PR matters, liaising with external partners
- Coordinating IT and IT-related matters
- Active involvement in internal process improvement projects
- Preparation of reports and decision-preparation material (especially in Excel)
- A conscious, proactive use of AI tools, in particular ChatGPT
Qualifications required
University degree, preferably in one of the following fields:
- Business Management / Business and Management
- Degree in economics (economics, finance, management)
- HR management / organisational development
- Law degree or higher education in law (with experience in a business environment)
- Marketing/communications degree, with business and operational affinity
The type of degree is not in itself decisive.
It is more important that the candidate understands the context in which a business operates, is able to see across and integrate multiple areas, and has a mature, responsible mindset.
