Who are we looking for?
A precise, logical thinker, a finance professional with excellent Excel skills, who likes to dive into the numbers but is also keen to understand the context behind business processes.
You will have tasks:
- Preparing financial statements, reports and analyses to support management decisions
- Preparation of project post calculations and profitability studies
- Perform bonus calculations based on the internal incentive scheme
- Performing controlling tasks, e.g. cost monitoring, plan-fact analysis, tracking indicators
- Providing data for financial planning, internal statistics and management statements
- Invoicing, checking and recording incoming invoices in the accounting system
- Preparing a transfer list, recording bank transfers
- Administration and reconciliation of withholdings
- Providing data to external accounting, financial statistics and planning data
- Excel-based data processing, macros, pivot tables, use of complex functions
- Support monthly closing processes, record keeping
What we expect:
- High level of Excel knowledge (pivot tables, complex functions, macros an advantage)
- Precision, analytical thinking
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Financial or economic qualifications
- Reliability, discretion and autonomy
An advantage:
- Experience/interest in controlling or financial analysis
- VBA skills (Visual Basic for Applications – automation in Excel)
- Experience in a manufacturing or project-based company
- Knowledge of MiniCRM and/or Company Manager systems
