Your main tasks will be
– Handling incoming leads: contacting, assessing needs, providing advice
– Regular, proactive contact with our existing clients: regular mapping of their needs, helping them with suggestions
– Finding new clients and/or projects: finding real decision makers, introducing yourself, building relationships, generating leads
– Pricing of agreed and clarified needs , calculation and preparation of offers
– Follow-up and closing of tenders, preparation of contracts and orders
– Participate in meeting sales targets and increasing business results
What we expect from you
– Sales experience in a technical field in a small business environment (e.g. custom furniture, printing, advertising, other custom manufacturing)
– Experience in B2B customer management
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Independent, results-oriented work
– Precision, reliability
– Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM)
– Category B driving licence
– A university degree in engineering/economics would also be an advantage
– As well as a good command of English and/or German
