Content of the project:

The company’s current manufacturing activity is focused on the production of illuminated advertising signs, 3D lettering and logos, typically through manual, low-digitisation processes. A significant part of the customer requirements management, design, material procurement and production relies on manual data management and estimation, resulting in long lead times, high scrap rates and limited quality assurance.

The project will introduce a fully digitised production process based on continuous feedback. The new operation will integrate customer needs into production planning, enable more accurate material management, and be based on automated production and quality control steps. The result will be reduced scrap, shorter lead times and improved production efficiency and predictability.

Current marketing activity is based on ad hoc campaigns, using external service providers, without a structured measurement and feedback system. Customer and market data are processed manually on an ad hoc basis.

The new marketing process is based on digital market research, regular analysis of customer data and data-driven campaign management. CRM-based operations, targeted campaigns and continuous performance measurement allow for rapid response and increased marketing efficiency, while strengthening the soundness of sales decisions.

The manufacturing and marketing process innovations implemented in the project will lead to a comprehensive digital transformation. Automation and digitisation of manufacturing will increase efficiency and reduce scrap rates, while data-driven marketing processes will improve campaign effectiveness and market adaptability. These improvements will ensure the long-term competitiveness and sustainability of the business.

The project was supported by the European Union and co-financed by the Hungarian state.
