A successful advertising tool – whether it’s a monumental 50-metre-high rooftop billboard, an elegant reception 3D sign or a complete site wayfinding system – never starts with a laser cutting machine. The key to lasting and effective visual communication is careful, strategic planning and conceptualisation.
A common mistake in the market is to start construction without ready plans or a well thought-out technical concept. This later leads to costly modifications, permit failures, or worst of all, a final result that does not fit in with the image of the building and looks like an “alien body”. At Bepro Signfactory, we have the following “Design & Build” we believe in a model. This means that we take into account the manufacturability, physical properties of the materials, structural requirements and site conditions from the first sketch. We don’t dream of what can’t be built safely and economically – but we build what others only dream of.

1. Stratégiai Igényfelmérés és Helyszíni Szemle
Each project starts with an in-depth discussion. We ask not only “what you want”, but also “who you want it for”. We get to know your brand values, your target audience and the business objective of the project. This is followed by a precision on-site survey, where our technicians carry out laser measurements, photo documentation, façade structure tests, load bearing capacity of the fixing surfaces and the position of the electrical outlets. This is the technical “foundation stone” on which the whole project is built.
2. Kreatív Koncepcióalkotás és Stílusválasztás
Our graphic designers, designers and architectural partners will prepare the first sketches. This is where the visual direction is decided:
- Modern and Minimalist: Clean lines, concealed lighting, brushed metals.
- Industrial and Robust: Clear fixings, raw concrete effect, corten steel, neon tubes.
Elegant and Exclusive: High-gloss Plexiglas, gold or copper effect finishes, subtle halo (background) lighting.
We present several versions so you can choose the one that best suits your brand.
3. Fotórealisztikus 3D Látványtervezés (Vizualizáció)
In the signage industry, “imagine” is not enough. We show you. We digitally superimpose your chosen concept onto on-site photos, taking into account real-world lighting conditions and perspectives. A photo-realistic 3D visual designs you will see on your screen exactly what you will see in real life:
- Daytime view: Check materials, colours, proportions.
- Night view: Brightness, lighting effects (direct, indirect, contour), readability in the dark.
This phase is also essential for internal corporate approvals, condominium consents and official permits.
4. Műszaki Tervezés és Gyártmányterv
Once the visual design is approved, our engineers take over from the creatives. We prepare the detailed production plans, which serve as a bible for production. The documentation includes:
- The exact material designations (e.g. 3mm Dibond sheet, Samsung 6500K LED modules, Oracal 8500 translucent film).
- CAD drawings of internal bracing and anchorage nodes.
- Structural design (if necessary, especially for roof advertisements and totem poles).
The electrical wiring and wiring diagrams.
This documentation is your guarantee that the production and on-site installation every millimetre is exactly in place, avoiding improvisation.

1. Arculati Kézikönyv Adaptáció (Brand Book to Reality)
We often get ready-made design manuals that are perfect for printed materials, but do not give guidance on 3D implementation. We “translate” your Brand Book into the language of the advertising industry:
- We determine which RAL paint or foil colour corresponds to the Pantone colour code.
- We choose the LED colour temperature that suits your brand (e.g. warm white 3000K for a café or cool white 6500K for a pharmacy).
- We adapt the logo to different sizes of surfaces without compromising the proportions.
2. Wayfinding (Eligazító) Rendszerek Pszichológiája és Tervezése
An office building, hospital, shopping centre or factory site cannot function without a logical, intuitive information system. Wayfinding design for us is not just about putting up signs, but about applying the psychology of human behaviour and spatial orientation.
- Information hierarchy: What should be seen from far away (zones) and what up close (office door)?
- Route planning: Logical mapping of visitor flow, identification of decision points (intersections).
Types: Totem poles, hanging signs, wall guides, pictogram systems, floor stickers, escape route signs.
