Professzionális Projektmenedzsment: A Márkaépítés Mérnöki Háttere

Több mint Koordináció – Országos Arculatváltás, Engedélyeztetés és Komplex Reklámkivitelezés

In the modern corporate environment, a change of image or the decoration of a new site is not just a matter of graphics. It is a complex engineering, logistical and legal process that requires precise coordination. A Bepro Signfactory project management service is designed to make the physical implementation as smooth and predictable as the creative design phase for our partners.

Whether it’s the comprehensive branding of a single Budapest office building or a nationwide network of 60+ locations – such as One Hungary – in parallel, our dedicated project managers are your guarantee that the blueprints will become reality. We don’t manage software, but real physical structures: steel, glass, light and space.

Miért van Szüksége Dedikált Reklámipari Projektmenedzserre?

Many agencies on the market offer “project management”, which in practice often consists of forwarding e-mails between the client and subcontractors. Bepro’s team of experts, on the other hand, has in-depth experience in manufacturing technology, materials and construction. We are not middlemen, but masters of the process.

A ``Láthatatlan`` Kockázatok Kezelése

The success of an advertising project often depends on technical and legal details that the client does not even think about during the planning phase. Our experts, including Csaba Máté Customer Relationship Manager and Balázs Sellyei Project Manager, proactively address the following critical risk areas:

1. Licensing Procedures and Regulatory Compliance

The Town and Country Planning Ordinances (TAK) of Budapest and the major cities in the countryside vary from district to district. What is allowed in District XI may be prohibited in District V.

  • Town and Country Planning Notification: We are familiar with the specific procedures in the Budapest districts. For example in district II the 15-day period following the notification is time-barred and the decision cannot be postponed. A in the XIII district submission via the e-Paper system is mandatory, accompanied by a photomontage and a technical description in strict formal requirements.
  • Reservation of public land: We will fully arrange the necessary public space reservation permits for crane work or scaffolding, ensuring that the contractor team is not caught by legal surprise on the day of installation.

2. Technical and Contact Safety

Illuminated advertising devices are considered to be hazardous installations. Bepro does not compromise on safety.

  • Standardisation: We ensure that all illuminated advertising signs and roof signs comply with the E.ON and other service providers’ stringent contact protection standards. This includes the use of UV-resistant cabling, the use of appropriate IP-rated (waterproof) connectors and the correct installation of isolating switches.
  • Qualifying Documents: For each project delivered, we provide the necessary contact protection protocol and “Qualification Document”, which is essential for the operation of the installation and to meet the insurance conditions.

3. Static Stability and Wind Loading

Roof mounted advertising towers (such as the Sushi-Box L6 type lettering) and the large facade box lettering, wind pressure has a significant force effect. In all cases, our engineers perform or have performed structural calculations to ensure that the mounting technology remains stable in extreme weather conditions.

Quality is not a matter of chance, but the result of planned processes. Our project management methodology, which Zsolt Kele is supported by the expertise of the Production Preparation Team Leader, is based on six interdependent pillars.

Phase 1: Needs Assessment and On-Site Audit

Before drawing a single line on the drawing board, let’s assess the physical reality. This step is critical to avoid extra work later.

  • Host Surface Testing: We examine the structure of the facade (e.g. insulation thickness, masonry type) to select the appropriate fixing technology.
  • Electric Exhibitions: Check the capacity of the existing electrical network and the location of the entry points to the lighting devices.

Visibility Analysis: We assess the direction of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, as well as surrounding landmarks (trees, columns) to maximize the visual elements.

Phase 2: Concept and product design

A Concept and Design we work closely with our design and engineering department to produce not only visual designs, but accurate, production-ready technical documentation.

  • 3D Visualisation: We create photorealistic visual designs that show you exactly how your new business space will look day and night.

Production plans: A Flowserve | eMAG For example, for the eServe project, a unique layering scheme had to be designed for the colour-transition front panel to ensure that the bright colours of the day would be correctly displayed in the night lighting.

Phase 3: Regulatory Authorisation (The Critical Step)

This is the most common pitfall in projects where deadlines can slip. Our team takes on the bureaucratic burden.

  • Compiling documentation: We will prepare the necessary site plans, façade elevations, sectional drawings and technical specifications in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Manual (TAK).
  • Ongoing Liaison: Our Project Managers are in daily contact with the architects’ offices to ensure that any deficiencies are dealt with promptly and that the 15-30 day deadlines are met.

Phase 4: Production Coordination and Quality Control

Our in-house production (Halásztelek and Budapest) allows project management and production to move to the same rhythm.

  • Material procurement: Tischler András Under the supervision of our production coordinator, we ensure that special raw materials – be it Plexiglas, aluminium composite sheets or high performance LED modules – are available on time and in the right quality.
  • Prototype Production: For larger series (rollout), we create a prototype that is validated with the customer before mass production starts. This minimises the risk of faulty production.

Phase 5: Logistics and National Deployment

The finished product is worthless if it is not in place on time. Our own installation teams, Gellért Bene not only in Budapest, but all over the country and Europe.

  • Special Packaging: Vulnerable advertising media (e.g. glass decorations, large illuminated letters) are individually packaged to ensure damage-free transport.
  • Alpine Technology and Lifting: In difficult-to-reach locations, we use alpine techniques or lift trucks. We coordinate traffic diversion and pavement closures when the workflow requires it.
  • Commissioning: After the physical fixing, the electrical wiring, the brightness adjustment and the programming of the control electronics (e.g. dimmer switch) are carried out.

Phase 6: Maintenance and Follow-up

The project does not end with the technical handover. A Installation & Maintenance we make sure that your investment pays off in the long run.

  • Regular cleaning: Outdoor advertising is exposed to smog, dust and the elements. Regular cleaning will maintain their brightness and aesthetic appearance.
  • LED Replacement and Repair: Periodically check the condition of LED modules and power supplies and replace them if necessary before failure becomes apparent.

One Hungary – National Network Image Change

In one of our most challenging logistical projects, the One Hungary which proved the scalability of our project management system.

  • The Task: Manufacture and installation of uniform new corporate identity elements (signage, illuminated box letters, aluminium friezes) in over 60 locations nationwide.
  • The Challenge: The main difficulty was the coordination of parallel work. Surveying, demolition and installation had to be carried out on several sites at the same time, while ensuring that all branches had a uniform quality of appearance, regardless of the different characteristics of the buildings.
  • The Solution: A dedicated project manager brought the teams together, managing a central schedule. Custom brackets were designed to allow the installation of standard elements on different facades.
  • Result: The rebranding was successfully implemented in all locations, while meeting the tight 3-month deadline, strengthening the brand image of One Hungary.

Liberty Office Building – Flowserve and eMAG

  • The Task: Production and installation of large-scale, representative façade illuminated signage for a modern A-class office building.
  • The Challenge: From eMAG logo’s unique, colour-transition graphics had to be translated into a luminous box letter format, so that the colour transition would be perfectly effective at night, even with backlighting. In addition, the high altitude installation required increased safety measures.
  • The Solution: We experimented with printing the plexiglass front panels until we achieved perfect translucency and colour fidelity. The installation was carried out by a specialised alpine engineering team.
  • Result: Two iconic signs, visible from afar, that exude premium quality day and night.

GYIK

How long does it take to get a billboard approved in Budapest?

In general, the time limit for the administration of the procedure for the notification of the settlement plan is from the date of receipt of the application. 15 days. It is important to note, however, that this “ticking clock” only applies to documentation that is submitted in full. Preparation (technical plans, photomontage, obtaining owner’s consent, joint representative’s declaration) may take 2-3 weeks. It is therefore recommended to start the authorisation process at the design stage, before the start of production.

What happens if the authority rejects the notification?

If a town and country planning application is rejected (for example, because the size or material of the advertisement is not in keeping with the town and country planning), the activity cannot start. In such cases, our project manager will consult with the Chief Architect’s office, modify the plans in accordance with the authorities’ requirements and resubmit the application. Our experience minimises the risk of rejection by preparing plans in accordance with local regulations (TAK) in advance.

Do you also provide project management in foreign locations?

Yes, Bepro Signfactory installation teams work all over Europe. Our logistics department handles the full range of international projects, including special packaging, shipping and customs compliance (where required). Whether it’s a store opening in Vienna or decorating an office in Prague, the quality and process oversight is the same as at home.
